Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are generally not accepted once the order has been delivered. However, under our refund policy florist Singapore, we may offer a replacement or refund if there are valid concerns regarding your order.

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photo evidence together with proof of purchase for proper assessment.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements may be considered under the following conditions:

• Items delivered are damaged upon arrival
• Incorrect product was delivered
• Product significantly differs from description

Non-Returnable Items

Refund Processing

Once your request has been reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within several working days.

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account or contact your payment provider as processing times may vary.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders must be cancelled at least 48 hours before delivery to qualify for a full refund. Orders cancelled within 48 hours may not be eligible due to flower preparation.
