Flower Delivery Terms Singapore

We offer same-day flower delivery in Singapore for orders placed before 11:00 AM daily, subject to slot availability. Each bouquet is carefully prepared to maintain freshness, presentation, and quality.

Deliveries will be fulfilled within the selected time slot. For complimentary delivery, exact timing cannot be guaranteed due to route optimization and order volume. For a specific delivery window (e.g. 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM), a $20 delivery fee will apply.

Same-Day Flower Delivery Coverage Singapore

We provide free islandwide delivery across Singapore, except for selected locations such as Sentosa, Army Camps, Tuas, Jewel Changi Airport, and other restricted-access areas.

Unsuccessful Flower Delivery Policy

Kindly ensure that the recipient or a representative is available at the delivery address. If both sender and recipient are uncontactable, our courier may leave the bouquet at a safe location such as the doorstep or gate.

A $15 re-delivery fee will apply if a second delivery attempt is required.

Delivery Amendments and Cancellation Terms

For amendments to delivery details, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. All changes are subject to availability.
